On October 09, 2015, Stimulus: Online Case Challenge was organized to test the problem solving skills of the participants and their response to real life business problems.
On October 20, 2015 Open Canvas: Online Strategy Challenge was organized in collaboration with ScoopWhoop Canvas, testing the creativity and content creation skills of the participants.
The Marketing Summit was organized on February 10-11, 2016. The Keynote Speaker, Mr Feroze Varun Gandhi, spoke on "Transformation in the society since independence." He stressed on utilising the potential of the progressively growing population of Indian Youth to good use, and on the significance of balanced regional growth and inclusive governance.
Fireside Chat, a first-of-its-kind Panel Discussion between Ms. Swati Bhargava, the founder of the Cashkaro.com and Ms. Ananya Birla, followed. Ms Birla is the fifth generation scion of the Birla Family and the mastermind behind Swatantra Microfinance. The session was moderated by Mr. Ashutosh Sinha, former journalist at NDTV profit and also an author.
Mr. Arun Gupta, CEO and Founder of MoMagic Technologies then spoke about the advent of the Start-Up Culture in India, its benefits, structure and the risks involved.
The Final Session of the day comprised an enriching talk show between prominent RJ Shayan Bhattacharya and the famed actors from The Viral Fever channel in YouTube on the theme "No One is watching TV anymore".
The two-day fest had over 150 delegates taking part in various workshops and competitions tailored on the theme of Marketing. The workshops ranged from themes such as Personal Branding, Big Data Visualisation, Communication Strategies received an exceptional turnout. These were undertaken by experts from respective fields namely, Mr. Ram Gudipati, Founder, Brand Harvest, Mr. Vijay Nair, Chief Sales Officer, Gramener, Mr. Sudhir Voleti, Research Fellow and Assistant Professor, ISB Hyderabad, Mr. Deeganta Dutta, Head, Expansion, Talerang and Mr. Devendra Sharma, California State University. Besides these, there were three other open events- Destination Inc on Tourism Marketing, Valar Morghulis on Game of Thrones and Battle of Brands which saw participation of over 500 students from colleges across Delhi.
The Marketing Society was adjudged the Best Delegation and secured the 2nd Position at Inceptum, The Annual Economics Fest, Hans Raj College (November 2016)
Jasdeep Sanghwi was awarded Banqa Del Vaticano and secured the 1st Position at Inceptum.
Pashmina Uberoi was finalist at the HULT Prize PAN India Challenge 2016and was selected and invited to IIM Ahmedabad from 200+ teams nationally on January 09, 2016.
Mihir Belgaonkar secured the 2nd Position at MarkStrat, the Marketing Strategy Challenge by ZoomCa at IIM Bangalore on September 09, 2015.
Chirag Tibrewal secured the 1st Position at the Committee Simulation organized by the Commerce Society, SRCC in January 2016.
Trishla Singh was a finalist at the Ecolloqium, Dope Economy, organized by The Economics Society, Hans Raj College in February 2016.
Keshav Damani obtained the 1st Position at the D-Week organised by The Finance and Investment Cell, SRCC in January 2016.
Anshika Gupta was a Finalist at the Unnati Social Marketing Challenge, IIM Bangalore in September 2016.
Sanchi Kathpalia secured 1st Position at the Corporate Case Challenge organized by St. Stephens College in October 2016.
