She is the Teacher in Charge(TIC) of the Commerce Department, Coordinator for the Office of International Programmes, SRCC ,Coordinator for Cultural Council, University of Delhi and has a teaching experiece of 25 years .She completed the Professional Development Course on ‘Managing yourself and leading others’ at Harvard University in 2014. She is a member of UNDP Microfinance Solution Exchange since 2009 and was the member of the Committee for London School of Economics (LSE) India Summit 2016, curated by Difficult Dialogue and The LSE South Asia Centre. She received her Ph.d in Financial Cooperatives from JMI, New Delhi and has many papers published in the national journals. Her work has emphasized on the Rural Financial Cooperatives at National, State, District & Local level in India, a comparative analysis of Cooperatives in Indian and in Global context. She has presented research papers on Cooperatives and Financial Inclusion, Sustainability & Cooperative Business Model in International Conferences in Beijing ,Paris and Michigan (USA). She is associated with the International Cooperative Alliance Asia Pacific (ICA-AP) Youth Committee for promotion of Cooperative Business model amongst the youth. She was invited by the ICA-AP Youth Committee in partnership with EU as Resource person & Moderator at the Global Youth Workshop on UN SDGs & Campus Cooperatives on November 13th, 2017 in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. She was invited by UNESCAP, Bangkok as the observer for the fourth meeting of the ESCAP Sustainable Business Network and for the session on Youth & Digital Economy on October 31st and November 1st,2017 at UNESCAP, Bangkok,Thailand. She was member of the Empowered Committee for framing curriculum for Foundation Courses under Four Year UG Programme , University of Delhi ( 2013-14)She was also the member of the Expert Committee for revising B. Com Hons Course , School of Management Studies , IGNOU( July 27th 2012). In college she was member of SRCC NAAC Core Coordination Committee (2016),Editorial Committee, Business Analyst,SRCC( 2011-12)and Member,Governing Body, SRCC(2009-10) As,Coordinator, Office of International Programme (OIP), SRCC, she has organized various International Collaborative Study Programmes & Sessions in India and abroad (32 programmes in 2016-17) including SRCC India USA Initiative, from Oct 7-22, 2016 with the theme – Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainability. It covered 6 cities and 15 institutions in 14 days including, University of Wisconsin, Harvard University, Columbia University, United Nations HQ, Newyork. She was the faculty Convener for first of its kind Initiative to organize Global Millennium Summit with 200 particpants from 20 countries on the theme Future of the Millennium on March 18 -19th, 2017 in Dubai. Most recently, -She facilitated the collaboration between Harvard College and SRCC to be the Official Outreach Partner for the Harvard College US-India Initiative (HUII) on January 6 and 7th, 2018 in Delhi.- She is the team member as an Expert & Advisor for the evaluation of Central Sector Integrated Scheme on Agriculture Cooperation (CSISAC), undertaken by the AFC,Ministry of Agriculture. She is also associated with Saksham, a society that work for visually impaired and plays Sitar in her free time. She’s a facilitator, connector, and encourager who believes with cooperation anything is possible.
