Events and Activities
Kutumb started the academic year 2015-2016, with a dance recital and music performance as a part of the cultural program for the college’s orientation program on January 21, 2016.
From 27th January onwards, ‘Toastmasters’ was held every Wednesday to discuss about the member’s background, culture and traditions. Topics were given to students to talk about for at least minutes.
On March 17, Kutumb in collaboration with Cultural Council of University of Delhi and SRCC, hosted an inter college singing competition, Harmony. The event saw participation from all across DU, and brought all the students from the north-eastern and Himalayan regions. The event saw Hindustani classical music infused with western harmonies. Bharati College bagged the first prize followed by SRCC and Khalsa College tied for 2nd position.
